Architectural new build for a young couple on Washington Avenue. A clean-lined modern home with a double garage below, and one story house above, centered around a long open plan living area.

Abodo timber cladding, recycled matai floors, Winckelmans tiles, Architectural Series aluminium joinery, birch-ply custom joinery, custom-made cedar and oak front door.
FEATURES
Suspended concrete slab / polished concrete floors with a split level, in-situ concrete lower level and internal walls, custom stained birch-ply kitchen (SB Joinery), Mitsubishi Ecodan hydronic in-slab heating throughout.
APUKA ST
Architectural new build, situated behind a grand old villa. The house cascades down the bank, with clever landscaping to make use of the different outdoor levels. Project managed by us.

Swisspearl cladding, Cedar cladding, oak timber timber floors, custom kitchen joinery, Progetto tapwear.
FEATURES
Significant earthworks, cantilever, American oak architraves and trim features throughout, custom oak veneer interior walls, fully tiled floor to ceiling bathrooms.
